Holiday Cooking Instructions
Give yourself about an hour to prepare your meal. If you prefer to use a microwave rather than an oven, make sure to put everything in microwave safe dishes beforehand.
Thank Seitan Roast Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a measuring cup combine: 2 cups vegetable broth, 3 Tablespoons olive oil, and a splash of soy sauce.

Unwrap turkey roast completely, and add it to a baking dish with the fresh herbs.

Use half the vegetable broth mixture to baste turkey.

Cook for 20 minutes, and then baste again with remaining broth mixture.

Cook for an additional 20-30 minutes, checking & basting periodically until the turkey is heated through.
Roast Beef Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Unwrap ham roast completely, and add it to a baking dish with the pineapple & glaze.

Cook for 40-50 minutes, checking & basting periodically until the ham is heated through.

Unwrap salad, toss with dressing, top with croutons, serve it, baby

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Leave foil on the container, cook for 20-30 minutes until the balls are heated through, and the sauce is hot & bubbly.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Leave foil on, and cook for 20 minutes.

Remove foil, and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes until the top is bubbly, and gorgeous.

Watch her while she cooks, don't overdo it, and remember everyone's oven is different.
