Collection: Holiday Catering Reheating Instructions
Roast Beef Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Unwrap roast beef completely, and add it to a baking dish with the fresh herbs.
- Add 1-2 cups vegetable broth to the baking dish basting the roast.
- Cook for 20 minutes, and then baste again.
- Cook for an additional 20 minutes, checking & basting periodically until the roast is heated through.
- Serve with horseradish cream sauce.
Pineapple Ham Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Unwrap ham roast completely, and add it to a baking dish with the glaze.
- Cook for 20-30 minutes, checking & basting periodically until the ham is heated through.
Unstuffed Mushrooms:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook for 20 minutes covered.
- Remove lid and bake for an additional 5 or so minutes to crisp the top. Watch them so the breadcrumb topping doesn’t burn.
Meatballs:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook for 25 minutes covered.
- Remove lid and bake for an additional 5 minutes
- For red sauce: heat in microwave or on the stove until hot, top the meatballs or dip.
- For cranberry glaze: once the meatballs are heated through add the glaze to the pan and toss meatballs, bake for an additional 5-10 minutes
Stuffed Shells
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook for 20 minutes covered.
- Remove lid and bake for an additional 5 minutes
