Holiday Reheating Instructions

 

 

Roast Beef Instructions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Unwrap roast beef completely, and add it to a baking dish with the fresh herbs.
    3. Add 1-2 cups vegetable broth to the baking dish basting the roast.
    4. Cook for 20 minutes, and then baste again.
    5. Cook for an additional 20 minutes, checking & basting periodically until the roast is heated through.
    6. Serve with horseradish cream sauce.

 

Pineapple Ham Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Unwrap ham roast completely, and add it to a baking dish with the provided glaze.
  3. Cook for 20-30 minutes, checking & basting periodically until the ham is heated through.

 

Oyster Mushroom Chowder:

  1. If you’re heating in the microwave, loosen lid and microwave for one minute. Stir and check every 30 seconds until heated through.
  2. If you’re heating stovetop, empty into a small sauce pot at a med/low temperature and wait for the soup to simmer stirring frequently until heated through. 

 

Unstuffed Mushrooms:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Bake with the lid on for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Remove the lid.
  4. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until desired crispiness.

 

Gratin:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Bake with the lid on for 40-50 minutes.
  3. Remove the lid.
  4. Bake for an additional 10-20 minutes until desired crispiness.

 

Lasagna:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Bake with the lid on for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Remove the lid.
  4. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
