Our housemade seitan turkey roast is tender, savory, and deeply seasoned.

Choose from two flavors:

Classic Herb
Sage, rosemary, and thyme. Our original nostalgic roast.

Chili & Jalapeño
Chili, jalapeño, cumin, and a spiced crust. A little smoky, a little spicy, and full of flavor.

Available in 1 lb and 2 lb roasts.

Serving sizes

• 1 lb roast: serves 2–3

• 2 lb roast: serves 4–6

Broth and a roasting pan are required to reheat your roast.

Roasting broth
Add our vegetable broth and olive oil basting liquid to help keep your roast moist while reheating. Available as an optional add-on. Or feel free to use your own broth mixture.
